Ginevra Designs never sells or shares your information. Shopping online, once implemented, will be safe because we will use the services of Paypal. We respect your right to privacy and security.

 

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges. Custom and special order items are not subject to cancellation and are non-refundable (including any deposits).

While this may seem strict, please remember that this is not a mass produced business - we are part of the art industry. Every time a piece is sold, it is taken out of inventory and cannot be purchased by another potential customer. Therefore, if we tell a customer that something is not available because it is sold out, we have lost that opportunity to sell the piece if the item is later returned by someone who has changed their mind. You satisfaction is our priority and we are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our goods and service.

 

Warranty

We offer the highest quality workmanship. Even so, jewelry is subject to wear and should be handled with care. Ginevra Designs jewelry carries a limited warranty for 90 days from date of purchase on pieces that have become unstrung. If the jewelry becomes unstrung, we will repair the piece at no charge (except shipping). Simply return ALL pieces of the item along with a copy of your invoice. Include a check for $7.95 to cover return shipping and handling.
